Welcome to Simply Life Biotechnologies

1. Hello! (Scope of Application)

These terms and conditions (GTC) define the rules of our relationship. They apply to all orders placed on the website www.simply-life.ch, operated by the company Simply Life Biotechnologies Sàrl (based in Saint-Prex).
By validating your order, you accept these conditions. Our goal is to provide you with healthy and effective products, in full transparency.

2. Our Products and Your Safety

We sell probiotic cleaning solutions in the form of pods (concentrated capsules) in airtight pouches. Because our formulas are concentrated and active, a few safety rules are necessary:

• CAUTION (Undiluted product): Before dilution, the concentrated pod may irritate eyes or skin. It is imperative to keep pods out of reach of children and animals and to handle them with dry hands.

• Usage (Diluted product): Once the pod is dissolved in water, the cleaning solution is safe for normal household use.

• In case of an accident: If a pod is ingested or splashes into eyes, rinse thoroughly and consult a doctor immediately, showing them the packaging.

By ordering, you commit to respecting the instructions for use to ensure optimal efficiency.

3. Price

All our prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT.
Delivery costs are calculated and displayed clearly before you confirm your order. No bad surprises at the checkout!

4. Payment

Your order is validated as soon as payment is made.
We accept secure payments via Credit Cards and TWINT. Your banking data is encrypted and managed by our financial partners; we never have direct access to it.

5. Delivery and Receipt

We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Once we hand your package over to the carrier, the responsibility for the journey lies with them. However, we are here to help in case of a major issue.

Upon arrival of the package:

• Check the inside: Our pods are sensitive to humidity. They are protected by airtight pouches. If the outer cardboard box has caught some rain but the inner pouch is dry and sealed, your products are perfect!

• An issue? If a pouch is pierced or pods have melted, write to us (hello@simply-life.ch) within 24 hours with a photo. We will find a solution quickly.

6. Returns and Exchanges

In Switzerland, the right of withdrawal is not automatic, but we want you to be satisfied. You may return a product within 7 days of receipt, subject to a strict condition related to the nature of our products:

• Safety and Hygiene first: As these are active products sensitive to humidity, we can only accept returns of pouches that are sealed, unopened, and in perfect condition.

• An open pouch cannot unfortunately be refunded, as we can no longer guarantee its stability.

• Return shipping costs are at your expense.

7. Warranty and Storage

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
To keep your pods in top shape, store them in a dry place. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper storage (for example: under a leaking sink or in a box left open in a humid bathroom).

8. Usage Tips and Liability

We have designed our products to be effective and respectful. However, Simply Life cannot be held responsible for misuse.

Our recommendations to protect your home:

• Compatible surfaces: Our products are used with water. They are perfect for tiles, glass, stainless steel, plastic, or varnished wood.

• Delicate materials (Caution): For raw wood, untreated marble, natural stone, leather, or fabrics, always perform a small test on an inconspicuous area before cleaning. This is the only way to be sure your surface can withstand water.

• Electronics: Never spray directly onto your screens or devices.

9. Your Data (Privacy)

We respect your privacy. Your data is used solely to process your order and to pamper you. It is never sold to third parties. We strictly comply with the new Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).

10. Law and Dialogue

These conditions are governed by Swiss Law.
