Welcome to the Simply Life Biotechnologies Sàrl website.

We take your privacy very seriously (really). This page explains, simply but precisely, what we do with your information, in compliance with the new Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).

1. Who is the data controller?

2. What data do we collect and why?

We only collect the strict minimum necessary to provide our service.

• To process your order: We need your First Name, Last Name, Postal Address (to deliver the pods), and Email Address (to send you confirmation and tracking).

• For payment: We never have access to your full credit card number. Everything is securely encrypted and processed by our payment providers (Stripe or TWINT). We only receive confirmation that the payment has been made.

• To communicate with you: If you write to us or sign up for our newsletter, we keep your email to reply or send you updates (promise: no spam).

• Technical data (Cookies): To make the site work properly (cart, language, login), we use essential technical cookies.

3. With whom do we share your data?

Golden rule: We never sell your data to third parties.

However, to ensure your parcel reaches you, we must share certain information with trusted partners:

• Logistics: Swiss Post (or the carrier) needs your address to deliver.

• Payment: Banks and intermediaries (e.g., Stripe, Twint) to validate the transaction.

• Technical: Our web host and IT tools (data stored securely in Europe).

These partners are only allowed to use your data for the specific task we assign them—nothing else.

4. Security and Hosting

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use SSL protocol (the little padlock in the address bar) to encrypt exchanges between your device and our site. We do everything possible to protect your information from unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights (You’re in charge)

Under Swiss law, you have full control over your data. You have the right to:

• Ask what information we hold about you.

• Request correction of any errors.

• Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten), except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g., 10 years for invoices).

6. Cookies and Tracking

We only use essential technical cookies required for the shop to function (e.g., to keep your cart from emptying when you change pages or to secure payments). We do not use advertising cookies to track you outside our site.
