1. Hello and Welcome!

These GTC define the rules of our relationship for any order placed on www.simply-life.ch.

By validating your order, you accept these conditions. Our goal: healthy products, a clean home, and a transparent relationship.

2. Our Products and Your Safety

We sell probiotic cleaning agents in the form of water-soluble pods in airtight pouches.

• CAUTION: The concentrated pod may irritate eyes or skin before dilution. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Handle with dry hands.

• Usage: Once diluted, the product is safe for normal household use.

• In case of incident: Rinse thoroughly and consult a doctor immediately, showing them the packaging.

By ordering, you commit to respecting the instructions for use.

3. Price, Taxes, and Customs

• For Switzerland: Prices are in CHF, Swiss VAT included.

• For the European Union: Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR).

  • Option A (DAP): If VAT is not collected on the site at checkout, VAT and potential customs fees are the customer's responsibility upon receipt.

  • Option B (IOSS): If VAT is collected during payment, no additional tax will be claimed upon delivery.

• Shipping costs are displayed before final validation.

4. Payment

Payment validates the order. We use Stripe (Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and TWINT (Switzerland only). Your data is encrypted by our partners; we never have access to it.

5. Delivery and Transfer of Risk

We deliver to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and throughout the European Union.

• In Switzerland: Responsibility lies with us until shipment, then with the carrier.

• In the EU: In accordance with consumer law, we are responsible for the proper delivery of the package until its physical receipt by you.

Verification: If a pouch is pierced upon arrival, contact us within 24 hours with a photo (hello@simply-life.ch).

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

We want you to be satisfied, while respecting strict hygiene rules.

• Deadline (Switzerland): 7 days after receipt.

• Deadline (European Union): 14 days after receipt (Statutory right of withdrawal).

• STRICT CONDITION (Hygiene): Our pods are humidity-sensitive products containing active microorganisms. Pursuant to the legal exception (Art. 16(e) Dir. 2011/83/EU), the right of return is voided as soon as the airtight pouch is opened or unsealed. We only accept back pouches that are sealed and intact.

• Costs: Return shipping costs are at your expense.

• Procedure: To cancel, send us a clear email or use the model form at the bottom of this page.

7. Warranties

• Switzerland: Warranty against manufacturing defects.

• European Union: You benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years. If the product is defective (e.g., melted pods in a sealed pouch), we will replace or refund it.

• Storage: The warranty does not apply if pods are stored in a humid place (under the sink, open box, etc.). Keep them dry!

8. Liability and Tips

Simply Life cannot be held liable in case of misuse (ingestion, spraying without protection).

• Test first: On delicate surfaces (raw wood, marble, leather), always perform a test on an invisible area.

• Electronics: Never spray directly onto a screen.

9. Your Data (Privacy)

We respect the nFADP (Switzerland) and GDPR (Europe). Your data is used solely to process your orders. You have a right of access and deletion upon simple request at hello@simply-life.ch.

10. Disputes and Mediation

We always prioritize dialogue! In case of an issue, contact us first.

• Applicable Law: Swiss Law.

• Place of Jurisdiction: Morges (VD), Switzerland (subject to mandatory provisions for European consumers).

• Online Dispute Resolution (EU): For European clients, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
